Privacy Policy
Effective date: April 14, 2026
WeeklyBrew ("we", "us", "our") operates weeklybrew.io and the WeeklyBrew application (the "Service"). This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and name. Authentication is handled by Clerk, our identity provider.
Platform data via OAuth. When you connect Google, Meta, or LinkedIn, we receive access tokens that let us read marketing data from those platforms on your behalf. Specifically:
- Google: Google Ads performance, Google Analytics 4 traffic data, Google Search Console query data
- Meta: Meta Ads performance, Facebook Page insights, Instagram Business insights
- LinkedIn: LinkedIn Ads performance, LinkedIn Page analytics
We only receive read-only access. We cannot post, modify, or delete anything in your connected accounts.
Usage data. We collect standard technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited — to operate and improve the Service.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide the Service (generate your dashboards and reports)
- To send you the reports you've configured
- To respond to support requests
- To improve the product
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not use your marketing data to train AI models.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on servers operated by Railway (PostgreSQL) and processed through Vercel. Access tokens are encrypted at rest. We use industry-standard security practices, but no system is 100% secure.
Your Rights
You can:
- Disconnect any platform at any time from your dashboard
- Delete your account and all associated data by emailing us
- Export your data on request
- Request a copy of what we hold about you
If you're in the EU/UK, you have rights under GDPR. If you're in California, you have rights under CCPA. Email us to exercise any of them.
Third-Party Services
We use the following providers, each with their own privacy policies:
- Clerk (authentication)
- Railway (hosting and database)
- Vercel (frontend hosting)
- Stripe (payment processing, once launched)
Changes to This Policy
We'll update this page if our practices change and notify registered users by email for material changes.
